The glamour of antique lace

It’s all about the {lace}.

Those detailed, tiny stitches. Those fine, soft threads. Those delicate hand weaved brides*.

In Black, white, or cream each piece has a special way of making and a special way of wearing. Like antique jewelry , antique lace makes a direct appeal to the romantic fantasy which involves crystal chandeliers, painted ceilings, fancy chinaware , and live music. (A gentleman playing a violin too, perhaps?)
